This project was predominantly a collaboration with LaserCut Works.
The tree which still currently stands proud at Harrods food hall was designed by Daniel at LaserCut Works and manufacturing in aluminium was outsourced. It exceeds 3m in height and spans 5m in width. The decorations on the tree were cut in a special timber and finished with a high gloss by Scales & Models.
The dozens of hearts were also designed by Daniel, cut by LaserCut Works and finished by Scales & Models.
Materials included timber, paints, aluminium sheets, steel, mirrored acrylic, vinyls and various adhesives Processes included laser cutting and water jet cutting.
